OK, I think this Ironman training thing must be working, because I am sufficiently BEATDOWN.
I have reached that point.
All the months of training have finally peaked and now my body is trashed.
I have a wicked cold!
The only good thing about a cold is that I missed my workout today, I left work early, AND I went back to bed for a 3 hour nap (coma).
It was actually a welcome rest.
My plan for the next 18 days is to try to go to bed earlier each night.
I want to be locked and loaded come race day on Nov 1st.
Oh yeah.. I am going to try to eat better for the next 18 days too. :)
