BLAME IT ON KONA

My website needs work.
My blog is stale.
My laundry has not been done.
My fridge is empty.
My bed has not been made in weeks.
My house needs vacuuming.
My plants need water.


I am ok with all of this.. for the next 4 months.

"How can you be?" you might ask....

Well, you see, I am going to Kona!

Two huge things are happening to me the first two weeks of October and I am oh so lucky to have the support of my husband and kids.

I am not sure which is a bigger deal, but October 5th I will be turning 40 and on October 9th I will be participating in the 2010 Ironman World Championships in Kona.
I was one of the lucky 150 US lottery winners. Yippee!

So...if you don't see or hear frome me in the next four months or you happen to notice that my house is dirty, just realize it's all for a dream!

A dream to do my best and make my family proud on 10-9-2010...

Or you could just blame it on Kona!
